Rediscover the wild outdoors as a pantry resource for New Zealand cuisine. Hawke's Bay Chefs and all round talented Young Guns James Beck (Bistronomy) and Michael Hannah (The Loading Ramp) are going native with Chef Giulio Sturla from the much acclaimed Roots restaurant in Lyttelton.

Join them for a good old fashioned forage on day one with wild life expert Peter Langlands before hitting hot new restaurant Bistronomy on day two for a unique eight course collaboration dinner presented by all three talented chefs under the ConversatioNZ "Cook Up" Series mantle during the F.A.W.C Festival in Hawkes Bay,
